The San Francisco Bay Area's most moody vocal jazz group. Bassist extrodinaire Clinton Day and Michelle Hawkins have set aside their differences to team up with mercurial couple Julie and Paul Ford. Combined, Moodswing brings over 20 years of community college vocal jazz experience to each performance.
 

Moodswing is hard at work putting final touches on their Debut CD, Laughing All the Way, a collection of Christmas tunes arranged by Clinton, Michelle, and Greg Murai. Release: December 2008!

With fresh new takes on all of your favorite holiday classics, Laughing features both a capella and accompanied charts, with dream-team instrumentalists Joe Gilman on piano, Clinton Day on bass, and Phil Hawkins on percussion. And, of course, each member of Moodswing scats throughout! How many Christmas albums can boast that?
